For the past 15 years, I worked at Yeti Cycles, a manufacturer of high-end mountain bikes. I started out on the bottom rung assembling bikes and through many trials and tribulations, fought my way up to Creative Director. This winding path of self-learning was not an easy one, but it was most definitely rewarding. While it was my dream job and I sensed I could have worked there forever, my curiosity to explore a world broader than two wheels could not be ignored. So, I struck out on my own to discover new challenges.

Originally from the east coast, I headed west in pursuit of mountain bike trails and powder runs only seen in the pages of glossy magazines. Over time, I channeled my passion for the outdoors into a career. An initial fascination for graphic design and typography expanded after the purchase of my first camera. Since that fateful first click of the shutter, imagery has formed the backbone of my work.

My goal is to remove the fluff and create story-driven work people can connect with on a fundamental level. Because if you make something people want, they will search it out — you don't have to sell them. I have been recognized in the likes of the BIKE Magazine, Outside, Communication Arts and Red Bull Illume. While recognition is appreciated, the process of making stuff with other like-minded creatives and committed brands is what really gets me excited.

When not working in the field or behind the screen, I enjoy exploring the backcountry of my adopted home of Colorado… sometimes bringing my reluctant family along.
