Winter Artifice
Experimental project exploring the elements of winter in artificial and natural forms. Originally conceived as a proof of concept to recreate winter in a controlled studio environment, testing the limits of fake snow, ice, and lighting. Not to deceive, but to create a stylized version of winter. This expanded to include artificial lighting in the backcountry, mimicking the look of the studio imagery to blend the made and organic environments
